Among my areas of expertise are: substance abuse, codependency, harm reduction, adolescents, anxiety, LGTBQ? issues, behavior issues, adjustment disorders,, depression, dual diagnosis, and mood disorder.. I believe that most people would benefit from therapy at some point in their lives, and I take this responsibility very seriously. Each person is treated like the individual that they are, no two courses of treatment are ever identical.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, and believe in thinking outside of the box. Not everyone is capable of verbalizing their emotions, and I understand that. That is why I utilize art, music, writing, anything that allows an individual to express their emotions nonverbally.
Confidentiality
Communication between client and therapist is protected by law. I can only release information regarding your treatment under specific circumstances: If you sign a Release of Information, permitting me to release information to a designated individual; when there is suspicion of abuse; if there is responsible suspicion that you are an imminent danger to yourself or anthers, etc.
